Return policy:
If one of our products arrives in a defective condition, you may return
the item, and we will replace it or give you store credit towards other
Great Dog Productions items. You must contact us within 14 days of
receiving the item, and notify us of the defect, for your return to be
authorized and for us to arrange for shipment.
Changing or canceling an order:
 We are unable to cancel orders once
you have processed payment through the PayPal service. Therefore,
ensure that you have selected only those items you wish to purchase
before you place your order.
We are unable to change an order once it has been shipped. However, if
you contact us before your order has shipped, we may be able to
substitute another item for your original order. If you want to try to
change an order you have already placed, contact us promptly at order@greatdogproductions.com,
include "change order" or "cancel order" in the subject line. Please
include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel or
change to ensure accuracy, and let us know how to reach you with any
questions. We will let you know whether a substitution is possible.
Shipping information:
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. Domestic
shipments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are as
follows: $5.50 for the first item on domestic orders, and $9.50 for the
first item on orders outside the U.S. $1.00 for each additional
item, except Assess-A-Hands™ are charged at $2.50 per additional
Hand.

Our online orders are handled by PayPal, which is responsible for
processing information needed to place your purchase. PayPal has a
detailed policy regarding the measures it takes to ensure the privacy
and security of information customers use to place orders online,
published at www.paypal.com.
Great Dog Productions makes every reasonable effort to operate a secure
website. We are not in the business of selling or providing your
personal information to third parties. Information you furnish to us in
connection with purchasing a product will be used to process your
order, and to ensure that your order is completed successfully and to
your satisfaction.
