If one of our products arrives in a defective condition, you may return
the item, and we will replace it or give you store credit towards other
Great Dog Productions items. You must contact us within 14 days of
receiving the item, and notify us of the defect, for your return to be
authorized and for us to arrange for shipment.
Changing or canceling an order
We are able to change or cancel orders prior to shipping only.
We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped. However, if
you contact us before your order has shipped, we may be able to
substitute another item for your original order. If you want to try to
change an order you have already placed, contact us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org,
include "change order" or "cancel order" in the subject line. Please
include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel or
change to ensure accuracy, and let us know how to reach you with any
questions. We will let you know whether a substitution is possible.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. Domestic
orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are as
follows: $6.00 for the first item on domestic orders, and $10.00 for the
first item on orders outside the U.S. $1.00 for each additional
item, except Assess-A-Hands™ are charged at $2.50 per additional
